Enrolment
Parents to inform the appropriate teacher should their child be absent from class.
If a child misses two consecutive lessons without the Principal being informed, it will be assumed the pupil
has ceased training.
Regular attendance is essential
Uniform must always be worn & hair must be tied back.
Children that represent the school at Festivals with solos etc. must enter more than two _Festivals a year.
Children are expected to conduct themselves correctly at all times.
Fees must be paid directly to the Principal and paid on time. A surcharge of 25% will be added to overdue _accounts.
A term's notice of termination of courses must be given in writing to the Principal.
Cheques must be made payable to Rachael Swann School of Dancing.

Refunds cannot be given once a course of tuition has been started. Fees cannot be withheld if children are in pantomimes or school shows.
Bad Behaviour and lack of commitment may result in pupils being asked to leave the School.
